Key Responsibilities: Shop Supervisors

  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure timely completion
  • Request material quotes and place orders
  • Plan and schedule production workload
  • Maintain tooling and machines to ensure smooth shop operations
  • Adhere to production schedule and communicate any issues affecting delivery
  • Fluent in reading engineering drawings
  • Strong computer skills for production planning and scheduling

Skills and Qualifications: Shop Supervisors

  • Skilled trade background in Electrical (309A license) and Mechanical
  • 6 to 7 years of experience in the robotics and automation field
  • Ability to work efficiently under deadlines
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in production planning and scheduling
  • Familiarity with tooling requirements and machine maintenance
