We are currently interviewing experienced Millwrights for an exciting opportunity in a fast-paced manufacturing plant located in Delta, BC.
The schedule is a continental 12-hour shift that rotates every 2 weeks. It is steady work and you will work at least 84 hours bi-weekly and receive OT on every pay cheque.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment and production machinery
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime
- Diagnose mechanical issues and implement timely solutions
- Support installation, alignment, and commissioning of new equipment
- Work closely with production and maintenance teams to ensure operational efficiency
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
- Follow all health & safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S standards)
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Millwright
- Red Seal certification preferred
- Minimum Level 4 Apprentice (required)
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Open to candidates from various industries (manufacturing, industrial, food, etc.)
- Opportunity to obtain Red Seal within 1 year
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Compensation, Perks and Benefits:
- Base Rate: $46.16/hour (increases to $47.20/hour in August)
- $2.11/hour (general hourly premium)
- $4.00/hour (night shift premium)
