Position: Outside Sales Rep (Aluminum Extrusion)

In this role, you’ll take charge of generating new business opportunities, nurturing existing client connections, and promoting our extensive range of aluminum services. You’ll collaborate closely with the internal sales team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. **Key Responsibilities:**

  • Identify and prospect potential customers through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of Spectra services.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and mitigate challenges.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management review.

**Qualifications:**

  • Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in the manufacturing or related industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
