Location: Greater Toronto Area

We are actively interviewing for a dedicated Installation Service Technician to join our team and provide top-notch residential service across the Greater Toronto Area. With us, you can make between $75,000 and $130,000 per year, depending on your hustle and ability to efficiently complete installations.

Key Responsibilities: Installation & Service Technician

• both curved and straight stairlifts into client homes.
• and interpret installation diagrams to meet specifications.
• with clients, explaining the process, and answering their queries.
• testing and troubleshooting of stairlifts post-installation.
• occasional breakdown troubleshooting.
• documentation, customer payments, and ensuring inventory is accounted for.
• hand tools to customize installation materials for various surfaces such as wood, tile, and marble.
• to Health & Safety procedures, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines.
• the company vehicle, cell phone, and tablet provided to you.

Requirements: Installation & Service Technician

• for weekend work and occasional travel within and beyond Ontario, including overnight stays.
• construction background and experience with various surfaces.
• to solve mechanical and electrical problems.
• with hand and power tools.
• communication skills and customer-focused attitude.
• to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
• pass a criminal background check and be physically fit to perform heavy lifting.
