Position Overview: As a CNC Mill Operator, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process. Operating CNC milling machines, you will be responsible for producing high-quality components according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in CNC Mill operation, possess the ability to read blueprints, demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude, and exhibit a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC milling machines to produce precision parts.
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate production.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct quality inspections to verify conformance to specifications.
• Troubleshoot issues and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and productivity.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience operating CNC milling machines.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and make adjustments.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as required.
