As a Hydraulic Technician, you will:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on hydraulic systems
• Maintain an organized work area
• Use hand tools and power tools for various tasks
• Read basic blueprints to execute assignments accurately
• Install and tear down hydraulic systems
• Repair hydraulic cylinders and pumps
• Instruct customers on applications, maintenance, and safety
• Tackle additional duties as assigned, showcasing your versatility and adaptability

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and a millwright background
• Willingness and ability to perform heavy, repetitive work
• A preference for parts repair over replacement
• Critical thinking and effective problem-solving skills
• Forklift certification
• Basic blueprint reading skills
• Ability to thrive in a busy environment with a commitment to a day shift
• Excellent communication skills
• Quick learning and adaptability
• Ownership of a pair of safety boots
• Gearbox repair skills are a significant asset
