– Efficiently manage expense reports, accounting, and bookkeeping tasks

– Provide executive support to the CEO, including scheduling and coordinating meetings

– Assist in maintaining clear and concise communication channels within the organization

– Execute fund management activities with precision and attention to detail

**Qualifications:**

– Exceptional organizational and time management abilities

– Proven experience in executive administrative assistance, supporting high-level executives

– Adept at handling sensitive information with utmost confidentiality

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Proficiency in bookkeeping and financial management practices

– Meticulous attention to detail with a high level of accuracy

– Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

– Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is advantageous
