Position Summary:
The Change management facilitator will oversee the implementation of change management strategies to ensure the seamless integration and widespread acceptance of Informatics products and solutions. Working within a dynamic, globally oriented team, this facilitator will utilize their comprehensive understanding of business requirements and affiliate interactions to meticulously strategize and facilitate change initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in crafting, refining, and executing change management strategies, encompassing stakeholder assessment, communication plans, leadership alignment, organizational transition, change readiness, knowledge transfer, and end-user training.
- Plan, evaluate, and oversee the organization’s readiness for change, including analyzing the impact of changes, mapping roles, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies and plans to ensure clear, consistent, and timely messaging to all affected stakeholders.
- Aid in creating content and materials to support various communication and engagement initiatives.
- Evaluate training requirements, develop training plans, and collaborate with internal and external partners to create and deliver training programs.
- Monitor progress against the change roadmap, proactively identifying and addressing potential obstacles, risks, and issues.
Qualifications and experience:
- An undergraduate degree in Organizational Development, Marketing, Organizational Communications, Business Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- At least two years of relevant experience in organizational change management.
- Skilled at cultivating relationships, fostering teamwork, and collaborating effectively with others.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Possesses basic project management skills and can adapt and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrates interest in business partnering and consulting to understand client/customer needs and establish productive relationships.
- Familiarity with emerging and evolving technologies, with the ability to translate technical terminology into user-friendly communications and learning materials.
- Knowledge and experience in implementing change management practices.
- Proven ability to cultivate collaborative relationships and engage resources outside of direct control to achieve consensus, meet deadlines, and accomplish goals.
- Proactive self-starter who can manage multiple assignments and tasks independently with minimal supervision.
- Encourage the organization to be inquisitive, challenges conventional thinking, and embraces innovative approaches, maintaining a positive “can-do” attitude.
- Flexible and adaptable, capable of working effectively in uncertain situations and under pressure.
- Proficiency with Google Suite, Cornerstone (Learning Management System), video production, and graphic design software is desirable.
- Experience working in accordance with Agile methodologies.
- Proficient in English.
- Successful track record of working in multicultural environments and establishing strong networks.
