With established and forthcoming multi-phase developments situated north of the GTA, our team is expanding, and we’re seeking a dynamic Brand & Marketing Lead to spearhead the development and execution of a Best-in-Class New Home Marketing program.

*Responsibilities:

**Qualifications:**

– Minimum of 5+ years of marketing experience in the low-rise, mid-rise, or high-rise residential industry.

– Strong academic achievement at the undergraduate or graduate level in Business and/or Marketing.

– Portfolio showcasing prior experience in marketing projects.

– Proficiency in MS Office 365 Applications.

– Meticulous attention to detail and strong editing skills.

– Excellent written and oral communication skills.

– Valid driver’s license.
