What are some of the responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
• Supporting the sales group and being the point of contact for anything administrative they may need
• Editing real estate posting
• Scheduling property viewings
• Conducting property searches
• Research properties and geographic searches
• Creating property profiles
• Supporting the CEO with anything administrative
The required qualifications of the Administrative Assistant:
• 3+ years of experience working in the real estate industry in an administrative role is a must
• Post secondary education in Administration is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills is a must
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to communicate and work along side C level management
• Advanced MS Office skills
