Our client is seeking a dynamic and driven sales representative to expand our market presence and explore new opportunities for our products, focusing mainly on the Greater Toronto area. The ideal candidate will manage critical accounts and drive sales growth through acquisition of new clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth by cultivating relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
  • Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities to maximize revenue.
  • Utilize various methods such as cold calling, networking, and prospecting to attract new clients.
  • Foster strong, enduring relationships with customers, prioritizing their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Deliver compelling presentations showcasing company products and services during client interactions.
  • Offer innovative solutions tailored to address specific customer needs effectively.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and budgeting initiatives for long-term business success.
  • Meet or exceed designated sales targets through consistent performance.
  • Analyze monthly sales reports, identifying any discrepancies from the established budget.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with headquarters and all relevant departments, including Customer Service.
  • Convert potential leads into paying customers, ensuring sales goals are met.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with customers and partners to enhance collaboration and mutual benefit.
  • Handle order processing efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with both thermoforming and packaging industries preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in sales, communication, and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong aptitude for market analysis and gathering competitive intelligence.
  • Self-driven, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Dedication to customer satisfaction and adeptness at cultivating enduring relationships.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and effectively prioritize tasks.
  • Proficient in various computer applications.
  • Fluent in English.
