On behalf of our client, we are looking for two motivated and results-oriented Territory Sales Representatives to join a dynamic team in promoting innovative packaging solutions to employers in the Food industry.

This position is pivotal in overseeing a designated territory within Greater Vancouver, fostering strong customer connections, and playing a substantial role in driving our company’s revenue expansion.

The ideal Territory Sales Representative will:

·Demonstrate a proven sales record

·Have exceptional communication abilities, and the capacity to thrive independently.

·Be confident in ability to manage and grow sales within assigned territory within Greater Vancouver.

·Identify and target potential customers while maintaining a robust pipeline of opportunities.

·Be able to plan and execute a territory plan, including setting goals and aligning strategies to achieve.

·Regularly visit customers and prospects onsite to understand their needs and present services.

·Have a track record of building andmaintaining relationships.

·Able to provide customers with demonstrations of product, addressing needs and concerns.

·Work collaboratively across internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.

·Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback.

·Achieve and exceed sales targets set forth by company.

·Prepare and present sales report, forecasts and territory analysis to management.

·Participate in sales meetings, ongoing development and training programs as required.

Territory Sales Representative Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in packaging solutions or food related sales.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid BC driver’s license and willingness to travel across Greater Vancouver
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
