Warehouse Supervisor – $25 – 32 Mississauga

We are immediately interviewing for a temporary to full time Warehouse Supervisor for one of our manufacturing clients located in Mississauga. If you have a 3-5 years in a similar supervisory role and looking for a growing company to work for please reach out to us.

What our client offers: Warehouse Supervisor

• Hourly payrate $25.00 – $32.00 per hour
• 4% vacation
• Temp to full time

Your tasks as the Warehouse Supervisor:

▪ Warehouse daily operations – Inbound and Outbound supervising

▪ Physical Inventory daily in/out management & supervising

▪ Inventory reconciliation: Physical inventory vs system inventory record

▪ Day to day supervising for the facility and personnel in accordance with safety, quality and security procedure

▪ Supervising warehouse receiving, order picking and distribution operations based on operational policies and procedures.

▪ To manage the warehouse capacity and delivery appointment with CN & CP

▪ To manage daily sales order delivery with trucking company

▪ Other duties assigned

The required qualifications of the Warehouse Supervisor:

▪In office 5 days a week, 8 hour days (8:30am – 5:30pm)

▪Bachelor degree or greater in related field

▪ 3-5 years of experience in warehouse/logistics/supply chain operations

▪ Strong analytic skills; the ability to powerfully portray data and leverage to drive continuous improvement

▪ Proficient in Microsoft office software

▪ Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills

▪ Excellent oral and written communication skills

▪Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload in order to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
