Working Schedule: Days/ Afternoon rotating

– 5 days Mon-Fri on day shift (7:00 am – 3:00 pm)

– 4 days Mon-Fri on afternoon shift (3:00 pm – 1:00 am) on a bi-weekly rotation.

– Mississauga, Ontario

Salary:

– $47.00-$50.00 per hour + Afternoon shift premium of $0.50 after 5 pm

– Overtime paid after 40 hours

Responsibilities:

As a Maintenance Millwright, you’ll be the backbone of our operation. Your key responsibilities include:

– 🚀 Responding to equipment breakdowns

– 🛠 Installing/upgrading equipment

– 🔧 Conducting routine equipment checks

– 📢 Promptly reporting damages or repair needs

– ⚙️ Servicing and performing preventive maintenance on various machines

– 🌐 Troubleshooting mechanical issues related to hydraulics, pneumatics, and motion

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

– ✔️ 5+ years of maintenance experience

– ✔️ Ability to read manuals, drawings, and blueprints

– ✔️ Proficient in troubleshooting, repairs, fabrication/welding, and basic machining

– ✔️ Physical agility for standing, bending, lifting, and moving objects

– ✔️ Excellent understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics circuits

– ✔️ Mandatory 433 license

– ✔️ Knowledge of electromechanical systems (motors, sensors, drives) is an asset

– ✔️ Fast learner with a focus on continuous improvement

– ✔️ Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision

– ✔️ Proficiency with Allen-Bradley systems and PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems

Must-Haves:

– 🔧 433 license

– 🔄 Ability to rotate in shifts

– 🕒 5 years of experience

– 🚗 Must have own vehicle

– 🤝 Adaptive, trainable, and a team player

– 🤔 Excellent troubleshooting skills
