Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the scheduling, training, and performance of electricians and technicians
- Oversee service operations to ensure timely, safe, and high-quality work
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare and review estimates, proposals, and contracts
- Monitor project budgets, expenses, and overall profitability
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and safety protocols
- Conduct inspections and enforce high standards of workmanship
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure necessary materials and equipment
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, work orders, and client interactions
Qualifications
- Valid electrician’s license (as per local regulations)
- 5+ years of electrical service experience, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Ability to read blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical documents
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of electrical tools, equipment, and safety protocols
Work Environment
- Office-based with frequent visits to job sites
- Work in commercial, industrial, and residential settings
- Must follow strict safety regulations and wear personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Occasional travel required for client meetings and service operations management
