Role: Administrative Assistant (3 months contract – 18/hr)

Location: Winnipeg MB (Onsite)

Job Description: We are currently looking an Administrative Assistant in the Winnipeg area!

Responsibilities:

  • Managing Switchboard ( In-coming calls)
  • Photocopying/scanning reports
  • Email Communications
  • Mail Distribution
  • Audit admin tasks
  • Office Support
  • Office Inventory
  • Other General tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Customer Service Skills
  • Basic knowledge of Excel
  • Ability to work independently,
  • Possess excellent grammatical and editing skills.
  • Detail-oriented
  • Taking initiative when necessary.
  • Should demonstrate resourcefulness and a desire to learn.
  • Professional demeanor and intermediate software skills (Word, Excel) are required.
