Job title: Account Manager

Assignment length: 3-6 months with possibility of extension

Nature of job: Data entry, admin assistance, customer service

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist the processing and operations team with posting cash and processing requests
  • Serve as the primary point of contact on administrative and frontline support matters (escalate any portfolio related and operational inquiries to the Manager of Financial Service Operations)
  • Maintain records of feedback, issues or concerns, and escalate proactively
  • Support various projects as needed
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Proven customer service skills
  • Exceptional communication skills via email, phone and in-person
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel)
  • Tech savvy; an ability to learn and adapt to new computer applications
  • Analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills

Education & Experience:

  • College or University Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance, or a combination of education and work experience
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
