Le rĂ´le :
Nous cherchons un(e) Technicien(ne) RH spécialisé(e) en dotation, qui souhaite avoir un impact concret et direct au sein d’un département RH en pleine croissance. Ce poste central vous donnera beaucoup d’autonomie, tout en contribuant activement au succès de l’entreprise en recrutant les meilleurs talents pour notre équipe manufacturière et administrative.
Vos responsabilités :

Gérer l’ensemble du cycle de recrutement : affichages, tri de CV, entrevues, vérifications pré-emploi, offres, intégration.

Collaborer Ă©troitement avec les gestionnaires pour bien cerner les besoins en personnel.

Développer des stratégies d’attraction de talents et entretenir un réseau de candidatures.

Participer à l’amélioration continue des processus RH (intégration, accueil, outils de dotation).

Contribuer à divers projets RH en lien avec la croissance de l’entreprise.

Ce que nous recherchons :

Formation en ressources humaines ou domaine connexe.

Expérience en dotation/recrutement (expérience en milieu manufacturier est un atout).

Excellentes habiletés interpersonnelles, sens de l’organisation et rigueur.

Bilinguisme (français/anglais) requis.

Présence obligatoire sur site à Saint-Hubert (aucun télétravail possible).

The Role:
We are looking for an HR Technician specializing in Recruitment who is eager to make a direct and meaningful impact within a growing HR department. This pivotal role offers a high level of autonomy and the chance to actively contribute to our success by recruiting top talent for both our manufacturing and administrative teams.
Your Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, resume screening, interviews, reference checks, job offers, and onboarding.

Work closely with managers to understand staffing needs and define role requirements.

Develop talent attraction strategies and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes (onboarding, welcome initiatives, recruitment tools).

Participate in various HR projects tied to the company's growth.
