We’re hiring a licensed 310T Shop Foreperson to lead a fleet maintenance shop in Oshawa.

This is a working foreperson role—you’ll be on the tools while running the day-to-day operation. You’ll set priorities, support your team, and make sure the shop runs efficiently and safely.

If you’re already leading from the floor (with or without the title), this is your opportunity to step into a role with real authority.

What You’ll Be Doing

Oversee daily shop operations (workflow, priorities, output)

Lead and support a team of technicians

Perform diagnostics, repairs, and breakdown work

Ensure all units meet MTO safety + compliance standards

Manage work orders, service records, and shop organization

Coordinate parts and reduce downtime

Maintain a safe, accountable, high-performing shop

What You’re Working On

Fleet of buses + support vehicles

Mix of preventative maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics

Fast-paced shop that needs a strong, organized leader

What You Bring

310T Truck & Coach License (required)

Strong diagnostics (electrical, diesel, hydraulics)

Experience in fleet or heavy-duty environments

Leadership experience—or you’re already the go-to person

Ability to run a shop without constant oversight
