About the Opportunity
We’re hiring a Plant Manager to lead a manufacturing facility in Woodbridge, a global leader in building products.
This is a hands-on leadership role with full responsibility for plant performance, team leadership, and operational execution. You’ll be leading from the floor — not behind a desk — working closely with your team to drive results across production, safety, and efficiency.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead all plant operations with accountability for Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC)
- Own plant performance, including output, efficiency, and on-time delivery
- Manage and control the plant budget and overall P&L performance
- Drive continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives across the facility
- Build, coach, and develop a strong leadership team (supervisors, leads, managers)
- Stay highly visible on the floor — supporting, directing, and solving problems in real time
- Partner with Engineering and senior leadership on process improvements and capital projects
- Ensure compliance with all health & safety and operational standards
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Plant Manager or Senior Operations Leader in manufacturing
- Strong track record of driving production performance and operational results
- Hands-on leadership style — floor-focused, not office-based
- Experience managing budgets, cost control, and plant-level financials (P&L)
- Background in high-volume manufacturing environments
- Experience leading teams through change, growth, or operational challenges
- Solid understanding of LEAN / continuous improvement principles
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience in building products, windows/doors, lumber, or similar industries
- Experience in assembly-based or production-line environments
