We are seeking a passionate and meticulous Project & Service Coordinator for our client in the AV industry! Located in the Fraser Valley, this will be a permanent, full-time position with a Monday-Friday onsite schedule (8:00am start time).
Compensation:
- $55K – $70K base salary

Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer service as the primary point of contact, answering inquiries, providing product advice, and escalating complications to the correct staff
- Assisting Project Managers with Project coordination tasks such as developing and maintaining timelines, coordinating parts and technicians, tracking budgets and keeping timelines up to date
- Assist the procurement department with vendor and supplies logistics, ensuring orders and deliveries are on times
- Maintaining meticulous documentation related to service and projects, prepare internal and external reports, complete invoicing and ensure documentation meets all regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience providing in-depth customer service as well as active exposure to service and project coordination
- Fantastic time management and organizational skills
- Ability to handle high-stress and high-pressure situations calmly
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
