The Marketing Director will be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, direction, and execution of marketing activities across various brand/product lines. This role includes developing and executing marketing strategies, managing budgets, and leading a team to drive brand visibility, expand market share, and improve profitability. The individual will collaborate with sales teams to implement impactful marketing tactics aligned with business goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Brand Development

  • Lead the creation and management of the brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all communication channels.
  • Direct and manage multi-channel marketing activities such as digital campaigns, retail promotions, print, email marketing, SEM, SEO, social media, and events.
  • Oversee external communications, including public relations.

Strategy Planning

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives and enhance brand positioning.
  • Conduct market research, monitor trends, and analyze competitor strategies to identify opportunities and potential risks.
  • Define customer segments and design tailored marketing campaigns to increase engagement.

Product Positioning & Pricing

  • Identify growth opportunities and design initiatives to penetrate underperforming markets.
  • Direct pricing strategies and program development.
  • Leverage data and analytics to assess the impact of marketing efforts and adjust strategies as needed.

Budget Management

  • Lead business planning, including the creation of annual budgets and mid-term plans.
  • Manage and allocate marketing resources effectively to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Monitor marketing expenditures and optimize the allocation of resources for the best outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, with a focus on multi-channel marketing.
  • Strong understanding of brand management, strategy, and market research.
  • Expertise in product positioning, pricing strategy, and budget management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and drive marketing initiatives that support business growth.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and using analytics tools to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
