Production Painter- Burlington Day Shift $27 Plus

Join Our Team as an Aerospace Production Painter!!

Are you passionate about precision and quality in your work? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a background in automotive or aerospace painting? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join a dynamic manufacturing company in Burlington as an Industrial Painter!

As a crucial member of our team, you’ll be responsible for:

Paint Selection and Mixing: Ensure the correct paint is selected per job specifications and skillfully mix and blend as needed.

Equipment Operation: Utilize spray guns and sanders to achieve optimal paint application.

Surface Preparation: Prepare parts for painting through cleaning, washing, sanding, stripping, and other necessary processes as instructed.

Detail Work: Apply stencils and decals with precision as required. The painting is detailed and fast paced production.

Quality Assurance: Guarantee that all painted parts meet stringent quality standards.

Adaptability: Take on any additional duties as assigned.

To excel in this role, you should have:

Experience: 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience as a painter in the aerospace and/or automotive industry. Working on Composite materials is a MUST!

Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and sketches.

Attention to Detail: A high level of precision and attention to detail.
