What are the Responsibilities?
- Support members of the corporate leadership teams and manage general office administration
- Office management and administration, including greeting visitors, ordering office supplies, maintaining inventories, supporting on-site health and safety
- Effective leadership support, including calendar management, travel and logistics planning, and expense reporting
- Coordinate meetings and site visits to the Squamish office, liaising with the Operations, Admin, Marketing, and Communications staff.
- Arrange travel and logistics for visitors as required, support Executive visits to both Vancouver and Squamish.
- Assist the Business Development teams with document organization (SharePoint) and management as well as CRM data entry and management.
- Work independently and communicate with internal and external stakeholders/customers in a manner that promotes positive and respectful relationships.
What are the Requirements?
- 5-7 years of progressive experience supporting senior level management in a busy office environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, ability to prioritize work and multi-task in an environment with multiple priorities and shifting demands with personnel in person and remote
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capacity for technical information
- Must be computer savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Visio) as well as with Adobe Acrobat (creation, modification, collating and marking up of PDF documents) and an aptitude for learning new software and systems
- Experience with Sharepoint considered an asset
