Our client is seeking a highly experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a busy and high achieving CEO. This role demands a seasoned professional with a minimum of 5 years of executive assistant experience. A background in the real estate industry is highly is an asset.
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be responsible for managing the CEO’s schedule, providing administrative support, and handling a range of tasks that contribute to the efficient operation of the executive office. This position involves a degree of personal assistant duties, requiring a candidate who is not only organized and efficient but also discreet and adaptable.
- Executive Support:
- Manage and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and appointments.
- Prepare agendas, attend meetings, and compile accurate minutes.
- Communication and Correspondence:
- Draft and proofread emails, reports, and other documents for the CEO.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external communication.
- Travel Coordination:
- Arrange and coordinate travel logistics, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Personal Assistant Duties:
- Handle personal tasks for the CEO, including errands and occasional personal appointments.
- Document Management:
- Organize and maintain executive files, ensuring easy accessibility.
- Real Estate Industry Support:
- Leverage experience in the real estate industry to provide specialized support.
- 5+ years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Experience in the real estate industry is am asset.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.
