Mechanical Project Manager, Buildings – (Vancouver, Calgary And Halifax)

We require Mechanical Engineers, Buildings and Building Systems – Vancouver, Calgary and Halifax.

This is an opportunity to join a firm in the early stages and help shape its growth. With a common goal to provide client centric consulting and engineering services.

• Assist in client relations and project delivery
• Represent company and offer services with high level of client interaction and commitment

Responsibilities to include;

• Assist with preparation of mechanical construction documents and equipment specifications, site evaluations and mechanical report writing.
• Mechanical equipment assessments,
• HVAC system design consulting, and building systems consulting for new construction
• Depreciation report and warranty review projects
• Past and new construction projects – boiler replacement, domestic water piping evaluations and cooling projects
• Feasibility studies.

Role Requirements:

• Graduate from a mechanical engineering program at an accredited university or college
• Experience in mechanical systems design for buildings, building systems and life cycle analysis and costing;
• Willing to work hard but also have fun every day;
• Enjoy client interaction (client centric);
• Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook;
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a car.
