About the Role
Fuze HR Solutions is seeking skilled CNC Field Service Technicians to join a growing team supporting CNC machinery across Eastern Canada. This is an excellent opportunity for millwrights, industrial mechanics, or technicians with mechanical, hydraulic, or CNC experience to transition into a high-demand field service role. You will travel to client sites, performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnostics to keep CNC machines running efficiently and minimize downtime.

What We Offer
Salary: $38.46/hour +
Overtime paid after 40 hours per week
Take-home service vehicle provided

What You’ll Do
Respond to daily field service calls across Ontario, working independently on most assignments
Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on CNC machines including lathes and milling equipment
Service and maintain mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Manage a fully equipped service vehicle with tools and parts shipped directly to job sites
Provide professional, customer-facing technical support and maintain strong client relationships
Travel daily to customer locations and deliver high-quality technical service

What We’re Looking For
Experience as a Field Service Technician, Millwright, Industrial Mechanic, or Maintenance Technician
Strong mechanical skills with basic electrical troubleshooting ability
Hands-on experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, alignment, and leveling
CNC machinery experience required, HAAS CNC experience strongly preferred
Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical systems in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently in a mobile/field-based role
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel daily
