We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Validation Engineer to join the team in the automotive seating division in Windsor. The ideal candidate will focus on the validation of electrical and electronic systems integrated into automotive seating products. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our systems meet industry standards and customer expectations for safety, performance, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute validation plans for electrical and electronic components in automotive seating systems.

• Conduct testing to evaluate performance, durability, and compliance with automotive industry standards (e.g., FMVSS, ISO).

• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports, including findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure successful integration of electronic systems.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electronic components and systems in seating applications.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and technologies related to automotive seating and electronic systems.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and testing processes.

• Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to engineering teams to improve product design for manufacturability and reliability.

• Assist in the development of validation testing protocols and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering , or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in validation or testing of electrical and electronic systems in the automotive industry.

• Strong understanding of automotive seating systems and relevant electrical components.

• Experience with testing equipment and tools (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters, data acquisition systems).

• Knowledge of automotive industry standards and regulations (e.g., FMVSS, ISO).

• Proficient in data analysis and reporting software (e.g., MATLAB, Excel).

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
