Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm

Your Role at a Glance:

As the Service Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing productivity and efficiency within the service department. Your efforts will directly contribute to increasing customer loyalty by ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards. You’ll be the go-to person for coordinating schedules, managing communications, and optimizing processes.

Key Responsibilities:Scheduling & Planning:

  • Schedule all inspections and service projects according to contracts and maintain accurate frequency records.
  • Review job files thoroughly, ensuring smooth and efficient installations and repairs.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding job status and scheduling.
  • Manage customer portals and work order management systems.
  • Make proactive recommendations for process improvements.
  • Coordinate equipment and materials needed for safe and effective project completion.

Profitability & Performance:

  • Drive efficiency by thoroughly reviewing and organizing projects.
  • Support leadership by conducting annual and probationary reviews for service crews.

Administration & Compliance:

  • Maintain and update scheduling, customer information, and employee certifications.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Assist with financial management by providing performance reports and maintaining strategic partnerships.
