Senior AI Architect

We're Hiring: AI Architect (Contract | Hybrid – Mississauga, 3 Days/Week)

We’re looking for a seasoned AI Architect to help lead the next phase of AI innovation. This is a contract role offering a competitive salary and company benefits, with a hybrid work schedule requiring on-site presence in Mississauga three times per week.

In this strategic role, you'll design and guide the architecture of cutting-edge AI and GenAI platforms, driving enterprise-scale solutions and shaping the future of responsible AI adoption.

What You’ll Do:

• Set the vision and direction for AI and GenAI technology roadmaps

• Design enterprise AI architecture with a focus on scalability, performance, and compliance

• Collaborate across teams to identify opportunities and implement AI solutions

• Lead governance efforts to ensure ethical and responsible AI use

• Evaluate and prototype emerging AI/ML tools, platforms, and frameworks

• Champion high-performance, cost-efficient, and secure AI deployments

• Mentor teams and represent the organization in AI-focused initiatives

What You Bring:

• Expertise in both AWS and Azure cloud platforms

• Deep knowledge of GenAI, LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, and MLOps

• Strong experience in vector databases and distributed AI deployments

• Proven ability to build and scale enterprise AI solutions

• Familiarity with AI governance, security, and lifecycle management

• Hands-on mindset with ongoing technical involvement

• Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
