Production Supervisor | $80K – $86K + Bonus

We are looking for a full-time Production Supervisor for a multi-national plastics manufacturer that creates construction and industrial building materials. This role is permanent and fully onsite.

Schedule: Continental Rotation (7-7 schedule)

Compensation:

• $76K – $86K salary
• Performance bonus potential

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing of unionized workers
• Daily meetings and debriefs on the floor
• Delegating tasks to appropriate hourly unionized workers as per CBA guidelines
• Ensuring compliance for all safety legislation and guidelines and facilitates safety training
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, specifically overseeing safety within the production area
• Properly report and investigate any safety incidents
• Provide technical leadership for line setup and operation, troubleshooting, training, and metrics definitions/reporting
• Foster strong relationships and teamwork
• Any additional duties as deemed necessary by the Production Superintendent

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Production Supervisor in a unionized manufacturing environment
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Excellent use of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc)
• Motivating and team-building focused attitude
• Hardworking and able to handle fast-paced worked environment
