About the Role
We are seeking a licensed Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) with 5+ years of experience to join our maintenance team. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor / Group Manager, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical equipment across multiple plant locations. What You’ll Do

Repair and troubleshoot pumps, motors, gears, hydraulics, presses, and related mechanical equipment
Respond to equipment breakdowns and support major repairs and rebuilds
Interpret schematics, drawings, and O&M manuals
Coordinate contractors and ensure work meets safety and quality standards
Perform welding, pipe fitting, and rigging as required
Use CMMS to document maintenance activities
Support equipment start-up, commissioning, and special projects
Ensure compliance with OHSA, Safety Standards, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and company policies
Maintain a safe and clean work area and follow all safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

Valid Certificate of Qualification as an (433A) Industrial Mechanic (Millwright)
Secondary School Diploma and Certificate of Apprenticeship
5+ years of hands on experience
Experience with presses (Cincinnati, Dorst, SMS preferred)
Willingness to work rotating shifts, overtime, and travel between plants
Ability to work safely in a fast-paced industrial environment
