Job Title: Millwright (Industrial Mechanic) – Red Seal
Location: Winnipeg, MB, Canada

Fuze HR Solutions is seeking a skilled Millwright (Industrial Mechanic) to support multiple ready-mix concrete facilities in the Winnipeg area. You will be responsible for maintaining, improving, and optimizing mechanical operations, performing preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical systems, and ensuring facilities operate at full production capacity.

This is an excellent opportunity for millwrights or industrial mechanics with experience in conveyors, motors, steam generators, and general mechanical systems to work in a dynamic, safety-focused industrial environment.

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment across multiple facilities

Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on conveyors, motors, steam generators, and other machinery

Maintain parts inventory and ensure facilities run at full production capacity

Follow strict safety protocols in a hot/cold, indoor/outdoor industrial environment

Collaborate with management and team members to optimize operational efficiency

Interprovincial Red Seal Millwright (Industrial Mechanic)

3+ years in industrial millwright work, including mechanical troubleshooting

Basic computer skills, mechanical diagnostics, adherence to safety protocols

Preferred: Welding/fabrication experience (CWB or Provincial), experience mentoring apprentices, additional certifications (First Aid, TDG, Working at Heights, Confined Space, Heavy Equipment Operator)

Must be able to pass respirator fit test (clean-shaven where seal meets face)
