As our Operational Greenhouse Grower you’ll be the maestro of the greenhouse, orchestrating every stage of plant growth from seedling to harvest. You’ll make sure that crops are happy and healthy, delivering top-quality veggies to hungry consumers across North America!

What you’ll be up to as an Operational Greenhouse Grower:

Plan & Plant:

• Team up with the General Manager to schedule and prepare for bountiful harvests.

Greenhouse Guru:

• Keep an eye on humidity, moisture, and temperature to ensure our crops are living their best lives.

Crop Care:

• Regularly inspect our greens, swoop in to remove any plant party poopers, and apply health products as needed.

Innovate & Grow:

• Develop new growing procedures and techniques to keep our product line fresh and exciting.

Record Keeper:

• Maintain meticulous records of your growing adventures and stay ahead with the latest growing tech and trends.

Safety First:

• Monitor the work environment to ensure it’s up to snuff with hygiene, health, and safety standards. Report any issues pronto!

As an Operational Greenhouse Grower do you have:

Experience:

• 2-5 years working with cucumbers and/or tomatoes in a greenhouse setting?

Skill Set:

• Proficiency in calculating and applying plant health products, using equipment like injectors and pH meters, and handling irrigation systems?

Knowledge:

• Deep understanding of plant groups, growth traits, and disease identification?

Communication:

• Stellar verbal and written skills; fluency in Spanish is a bonus!

Tech Savvy:

Comfortable with MS Office; familiarity with Priva software is a plus.

Flexibility:

Ready to tackle on-call shifts, overtime, and regular Saturdays, and thrive in the greenhouse’s warm and humid conditions?
