Mobile Service Dispatcher – Night Shift

We are actively interviewing for a Night Shift Dispatch Coordinator located in Brampton to start immediately for a growing company. If you have 2+ years of experience dispatching and available to work the night shift Friday to Monday please read on….

Your tasks as the Dispatch Coordinator:

·Handle inbound phone traffic for the service department.

·Work with a positive and professional attitude and communicate effectively and efficiently with customers.

·Create and schedule all service and emergency service appropriately.

·Coordinate and direct service technicians

·Other assigned duties and projects assigned

The required qualifications of the Dispatch Coordinator :

·Must have had a minimum of 2+ years in a coordination role, preferably in the service and repair industry.

·High School Diploma or equivalent

··Extremely detailed and well-organized individual

·Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal

·Self-motivated and disciplined to work with minimal supervision.

·Strong computer skills, with intermediate abilities in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel

·Must be able to work in the office on the night shift Friday to Monday (4 days)
