Your tasks as the Marketing Manager:
Responsible for managing a team of 7-8
Lead and mentor the Marketing Department, providing strategic direction to E-commerce, Brand Marketing, and Design teams.
Drive the development of annual department objectives, ensuring alignment with team KPIs
Brainstorm new and creative growth and optimization strategies with the team
Develop and manage annual department budget
Oversee key goals, including sales and brand marketing, with a focus on data-driven decision-making in marketing
Drive the development, implementation, and execution of marketing plans for our diverse brand portfolio
Establish and implement processes to align responsibilities and strategies across E-Commerce, Design, and Brand Marketing
Take charge of critical events, ensuring seamless collaboration among teams
Oversee the creation and approval of all marketing content, managing relationships with public relations agencies, influencers, and monitoring the progress of e-commerce strategies
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising, email marketing, and social media initiatives, to maximize online visibility and revenue
Formulate and execute strategies to increase brand awareness through content marketing and enhancing Google ranking
Other duties as assigned
The required qualifications of the Marketing Manager:
College diploma or university degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Seven (7) years of experience in digital brand management, leading social media, PR, and content
Five (5) years of leadership experience
Proficiency in SEO, E-Commerce, Email Marketing, and Google Analytics
Intermediate experience using social media analytics platforms
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent organization and time management skills
Analytical and highly motivated self-starter
Detail oriented problem solver
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Holds a valid passport and able to travel
In office 5 days a week
