Position SummarySupport operation of high-speed corrugate equipment; set up machinery, maintain safety and quality standards.Operate and maintain high-speed flexographic printing and die-cut machinery; ensure setup, product quality, and safety compliance.Key Responsibilities– Assist in setup & housekeeping of corrugate equipment
– Change materials per production plans
– Maintain production efficiency
– Provide product samples to Quality Inspectors
– Palletize finished product
– Follow GMP, HACCP, and SQF protocols
– Participate in site-specific training
– Other duties as assigned- Set up, operate & maintain flexo press & die-cut equipment
– Load and change materials per production plans
– Monitor product quality & provide samples
– Maintain production efficiency
– Participate in site-specific training
– Follow GMP, HACCP, and SQF protocols
– Assist with equipment housekeeping
– Other duties as assignedRequired Skills & Abilities– Strong communication skills
– Mechanical aptitude
– Attention to detail, quality, safety
– Ability to work independently & in a team
– Physical ability: walk, stand, bend, lift 50 lbs
– Forklift license (asset)
– Proficient in reading production plans
– WMS & MS Office knowledge a plus
– Fluent in English- Strong communication skills
– Mechanical aptitude & troubleshooting
– Attention to detail, quality, safety
– Ability to work independently & in a team
– Physical ability: walk, stand, bend, lift 50 lbs
– Forklift license (asset)
– Proficient in reading production plans, dockets, or spec packs
– WMS & MS Office knowledge a plus
– Fluent in EnglishEducation & Experience– High School Diploma or equivalent
– Packaging/manufacturing experience a plus- High School Diploma or equivalent
