Job Summary:
 As a Manufacturing Associate – Print & Lamination, you will be responsible for operating printing and lamination equipment to ensure the production of high-quality products. You will play a key role in maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and quality control throughout the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities: Operate digital printing and lamination machines to apply designs and protective coatings to various materials Conduct quality checks and inspections to maintain product standards Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues to minimize downtime Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe and efficient work environment Follow all safety guidelines and operational procedures Work collaboratively with the production team to meet manufacturing targets Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably with exposure to printing or lamination processes Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and adjust equipment as needed Excellent attention to detail and quality control Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and stand for extended periods Working Conditions: Manufacturing facility environment Requires physical stamina, including standing for long periods, bending, and liftingMay involve shift work, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed Shift Time: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
