Position Overview: As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead a team of skilled Millwrights, Electricians, and Technicians. Your primary responsibility will be to minimize equipment downtime and enhance the overall performance of the machinery. This role is vital to the success of the production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the day-to-day maintenance activities of the production machinery and equipment.
• Lead and mentor a team of skilled tradespeople, including Millwrights, Electricians, and Technicians.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to reduce equipment downtime and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure production goals are met.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Millwright with 8+ years of experience in a leadership role within a maintenance department.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a team in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices and preventative maintenance programs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

What is Offered:

• Competitive salary: $95,000 – $110,000
