Job Title: Warehouse Lead Hand – Full-Time (Day Shift)
Location: First Gulf, Blvd Brampton, ON
Salary: $19.00/hour to $20 Per hour base on experience
Schedule: Full-Time, Tuesday to Saturday
Shift Time: Work hours will be 8-4:30 PM. &July onwards 7:00-3:30 PM.

Position Summary:
As the Lead Hand, you will assist the Operations Supervisor in overseeing day-to-day warehouse activities and ensuring that service levels, productivity goals, and client expectations are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations and team activities.
  • Monitor KPIs and ensure performance targets are met.
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve scheduling or operational challenges.
  • Support customer service representatives by ensuring urgent requests are fulfilled promptly.
  • Ensure optimal space utilization and apply best warehousing practices.
  • Promote and maintain a safe work environment in accordance with OH&S regulations.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of accountability and performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Minimum 5 years of combined warehouse and lead hand experience.
  • Licensed and experienced operating forklifts, reach trucks, and walkies.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and best practices.
  • Proficient with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanning.
  • Familiar with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety and Transportation of Dangerous Goods regulations.
  • Prior experience in a 3PL environment is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Additional Requirements:
  • Must be eligible to work full-time.
  • If on a work permit, must have a minimum of 3 years remaining on the permit.
