Fuze HR is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join a well-established manufacturing company in Windsor. This is an immediate hire, and qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
Role Summary:
The HR Manager will lead all human resources activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, payroll, and benefits. This position acts as the main point of contact for employees, leadership, and regulatory agencies such as the Ministry of Labour and WSIB.
Primary Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end recruitment and candidate selection processes

Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters

Assist in creating and monitoring apprenticeship programs

Maintain job descriptions, evaluation systems, and compensation structures

Manage HR records and data management systems

Investigate HR issues and provide actionable recommendations

Advise staff and leadership on HR policies and best practices

Develop and implement training programs for employees and managers

Support payroll processing and benefits administration

Enhance health and safety programs and policies

Lead Joint Health and Safety Committee (JHSC) meetings

Perform other HR-related tasks as needed
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field

Minimum 5 years of full-cycle HR experience
-
3–5 years of payroll management experience in both the US and Canada
-
At least 3 years of experience in Health & Safety, benefits administration, and employee relations
