This is a night shift.
Tasks (not exclusive)
- Progressing/closing trips
- Trip creation
- Customer service; phone and email to problem solve issues that
- Driver support
- Planning/dispatching of pickups and deliveries
Skill set
- Strong key boarding
- Microsoft: email, word and excel
- Strong communication skills oral and written
- Ability to learn new software as required;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Team player
- Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision
- Ability work from home or office in a busy and sometimes noisy environment
- Willing to work other shifts as required
