Join a dynamic, multicultural, and innovative team in the aviation industry! We are looking for a Data Transformation Specialist to support aeronautical billing data processing, system enhancements, and technical client implementations.

Your ResponsibilitiesData Processing & Quality Control

• Ensure accurate and timely import and enrichment of data files from authorities and airlines
• Apply quality control checks across various clients, adapting to specific needs
• Monitor data processing activities, identify defects, and implement corrections
• Maintain reference data for materials and pricing, detecting changes in airline invoices

System Implementation & Enhancements

• Support technical implementations for new clients and services
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for SAP and APPS system improvements
• Update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to document processes

Collaboration & Customer Support

• Handle service requests from internal and external stakeholders
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve efficiency
• Proactively challenge current processes and suggest operational improvements

What You Bring

✅ 2-3 years of experience in a similar role (IT, finance, or data-related)

✅ Experience or knowledge of SQL, Java Regular Expressions (Regex), Power BI, Salesforce, SAP, Macros, and Microsoft Outlook

✅ Understanding of Snowflake/Data Lake (an asset)

✅ Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills

✅ Fluent in English and Spanish or chinese

✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
