Role: Project Coordinator

Location: Saint-Laurent, QC

Status: Permanent

Responsibilities:

  • Sending the bid letter/presentation to the customer
  • First point of contact with general contractors
  • Management of office and project files
  • Prepare site completion manuals
  • Manage Plangrid, Procore, Dropbox accounts, and all project files
  • Request quotes from suppliers, if necessary
  • Order materials from suppliers and register them in the company’s software
  • Contact suppliers for equipment prices
  • Negotiate prices and order materials
  • Approve all invoices received from suppliers for projects
  • Ensure on-time delivery to technicians for orders, whether delivered to the workshop or directly to the job site. Technician coordinators work with deliveries to increase efficiency.
  • Communicate with workshop (warehouse) staff regarding incoming orders, material returns, etc.
  • Project opening in the software
  • Support project managers and construction team
  • Verification of terms of Pos and Contracts
  • Sending out denunciations for projects
  • Schedule work with customer and technician
  • Dispatch technicians in the software
  • Verification and follow-up of change orders
  • Communicate with general contractors, owners, project managers and architects to ensure the progress and execution of the various stages of the project.ces

Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Bilingualism in French and English spoken and written
  • Highly effective organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize in a constantly changing environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills
  • Great attention to detail and precision
