Notre client, une entreprise hautement innovante, est à la recherche d’un(e) Spécialiste des comptes clients talentueux et motivé pour rejoindre son équipe dans la région de Montréal. Vos défis :

• Affirmer avec précision le recouvrement des comptes clients, en effectuant la saisie de données et la facturation.
• Fournir un soutien administratif précis pour les projets de l’entreprise.
• Assurer la responsabilité des comptes clients.
• Produire des rapports hebdomadaires sur les comptes débiteurs.
• Adhérer à toutes les tâches pertinentes au sein du département.

Votre profil :

• 1.5-3 années d’expérience dans un rôle similaire.
• Diplôme de cégep – de préférence en comptabilité.
• Connaissance avancée de Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP).
• Bilingue français et anglais.
• Capacité à apprendre de nouveaux systèmes logiciels et à manipuler les données pour en tirer des enseignements.
• Une attitude positive et la capacité de s’adapter rapidement au changement.
• Souci du détail.
• La connaissance du logiciel comptable ACCPAC est considérée comme un atout.

Your Challenges:

• Accurately manage the collection of customer accounts, including data entry and invoicing.

Your Profile:

• 1.5–3 years of experience in a similar role.
• College diploma, preferably in accounting or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP).
• Bilingual in French and English.
• Ability to learn new software systems and manipulate data to extract valuable insights.
• Positive attitude and the ability to adapt quickly to change.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of ACCPAC accounting software is considered an asset.
