What We Offer
- 3rd Class Power Engineer: $32.82/hour
- Millwright Dual Ticket: $39.01/hour
- Electrician Dual Ticket: $39.91/hour
- Day shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM (8-hour shifts)
- Overtime and call-ins required as needed

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate and maintain boilers and utility systems
-
Prepare and monitor starch batches for production
-
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
-
Troubleshoot and repair steam plant issues
-
Maintain accurate logs and system readings
-
Follow all maintenance and safety procedures
-
Assist with plant start-ups and shutdowns
-
Work closely with production and maintenance teams to reduce downtime
Qualifications
-
Valid 3rd or 4th Class Power Engineer Certificate (Manitoba)

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and drawings

Basic computer proficiency

Solid understanding of safety programs and procedures

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
