A full-time opportunity is available for a Warehouse Distribution Branch Manager to lead operations and support team development in a dynamic distribution environment
Location: Brantford, ONT

Main tasks of the Warehouse Distribution Branch Manager :
- Lead and supervise warehouse and inventory control staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Oversee the receipt storage handling and redistribution of containers and products
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently to move store and organize inventory
- Maintain accurate inventory records shipment documentation and tracking systems
- Ensure compliance with warehouse safety protocols company policies and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Train mentor and develop warehouse employees to boost performance and productivity
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and cost-effectiveness
- Perform other related duties to support branch goals
Requirements for the Warehouse Distribution Branch Supervisor Manager :
- College degree in business supply chain logistics or related field or equivalent of 10 years of relevant experience
- Minimum of 4 years in a supervisory role within distribution warehouse operations or inventory management
- Strong leadership communication and team-building abilities
- Proven skills in scheduling priority-setting and meeting deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems WMS and inventory control tools
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and ongoing improvement
