Job Summary:
As the Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and staff of the food & beverage areas, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for our guests. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the front-of-house staff
- Coordinate with other departments
- Respond to and resolve guest inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Implement and monitor front-of-house food & beverage policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service
- Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a front-of-house management role in a casino, hotel, or restaurant setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in using POS Â software and data analysis tools
- Certification in hospitality management or customer service is preferred
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive compensation package. The role may require working evenings, weekends, and holidays to ensure seamless guest experiences. The work environment involves a fast-paced, dynamic casino resort setting with some physical demands, such as standing for extended periods and occasional light lifting.
