Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and process outgoing products to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare and load materials efficiently to meet delivery deadlines and customer commitments.
• Prepare necessary documentation for the shipment of goods.
• Collaborate with freight companies and customers (internal and external) to determine shipping priorities.
• Receive incoming shipments, ensuring product accuracy and quality.
• Distribute products to the appropriate areas in the warehouse promptly.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in the shipping area.
• Pick orders as required to meet customer demand.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• 5+ years of Warehouse Experience
• Basic computer skills (knowledge of warehouse management systems such as AS400 or High Jump is a plus).
• Knowledge of industry-related products is an asset.
• Dependable, reliable, and proactive, with the ability to take ownership of tasks.
• Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• A high commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• WHMIS and TDG certification would be an asset.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
