What You’ll Do: Maintenance Manager,

• Team Leadership:
  • Manage and coach Maintenance personnel (Electricians & Millwrights).
  • Oversee scheduling, prioritizing tasks, workforce planning, and personnel development.
  • Foster a positive, team-based environment by coaching and empowering team members.
• Process & Improvement:
  • Implement and enforce effective processes and controls.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize team performance.
  • Generate ideas and strategies to elevate efficiency and effectiveness.
• Problem-Solving:
  • Address challenges with a solutions-based mindset.
  • Approach situations with creativity and openness to new ideas.
  • Take the time to understand the people, business, and company culture

Technical Skills & Experience: Maintenance Manager,

• Proficiency in electrical controls and automation, ideally with Allen Bradley controls.
• Strong knowledge and experience in mechanical systems with an emphasis on hydraulics.
