What You’ll Do: Maintenance Manager,
- Team Leadership:
- Manage and coach Maintenance personnel (Electricians & Millwrights).
- Oversee scheduling, prioritizing tasks, workforce planning, and personnel development.
- Foster a positive, team-based environment by coaching and empowering team members.
- Process & Improvement:
- Implement and enforce effective processes and controls.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize team performance.
- Generate ideas and strategies to elevate efficiency and effectiveness.
- Problem-Solving:
- Address challenges with a solutions-based mindset.
- Approach situations with creativity and openness to new ideas.
- Take the time to understand the people, business, and company culture
Technical Skills & Experience: Maintenance Manager,
- Proficiency in electrical controls and automation, ideally with Allen Bradley controls.
- Strong knowledge and experience in mechanical systems with an emphasis on hydraulics.
